Payment Policy

  1. We currently accept secure payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and local payment methods (such as JazzCash / Easypaisa where applicable).

  2. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay easily with your credit or debit card through the PayPal checkout gateway.

  3. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 2–4 business days.

  4. All payments are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). International orders will be automatically converted based on your bank’s exchange rate.

Personalization Policy

  1. Many of our cosmetic and beauty items are hand-selected and may feature unique variations in color or texture — this makes every product one-of-a-kind.

  2. Due to hygiene and safety standards in cosmetics, personalized or opened beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  3. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our brand’s standards of freshness and authenticity.

Shipment Policy

  1. We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, and international shipping to select countries.

  2. All shipments are fully insured and include a tracking number for your convenience.

  3. Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  4. Delivery times:

    1. Pakistan: 2–5 working days

    2. International: 1–3 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance

  5. Please note that import taxes, VAT, or customs fees (for international buyers) are not controlled by us and must be paid by the purchaser.

  6. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics or skincare items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at freslycosmetics@gmail.com before sending your parcel.

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
