Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Freshly Cosmetics.
We want you to love every product you purchase from us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle exchanges and refunds.age.

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming that we’ve received your item.
We’ll then notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
  3. Then contact your bank; sometimes, processing delays occur.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at freshlycosmetics@gmail.com before sending it back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund total.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
